OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Classes

Sessions are 1 hour (60 minutes) and are £9.50. Bookings are made in blocks of 6 sessions. Classes are limited to 10 people.

Payment

All sessions are to be paid for in advance.

For recurring blocks payment, invoices will be sent out to you by email 2 weeks prior to the new block commencing. Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, credit/debit card or cash. Payment is required one week prior to the new block commencing. If payment is not received within this time-frame then the Client may forfeit their place in the forthcoming block.

Injury and Loss or Damage

‘Triform Pilates is not responsible for any damage or loss to personal property brought onto any premise where classes are run. ‘Triform Pilates’ shall not be liable for any personal injury, while on any buildings premises where the classes are undertaken, unless it can be proven that it relates to the wilful act, neglect or default of ‘Triform Pilates. It is the responsibility of each customer to ensure that you are capable of doing Pilates and you do so at your own risk.

Pilates Participation Informed Consent

The Pilates programme will begin at a low level and will be advanced in stages depending on your fitness level.  We may stop the exercise session because of signs of fatigue or excessive strain.  It is important for you to realise that you may stop when you wish because of feelings of fatigue or any other discomfort. Whilst every care will be taken, it is impossible to predict the body’s exact response to exercise.  Every effort will be made to minimise these risks by evaluation of preliminary information relating to your health and fitness and by observations during exercising.

Holiday Cancellation Policy and Missed Sessions

‘Holiday Cancellations’: ‘Triform Pilates’ does not offer any refunds on any missed sessions during the first 2 blocks attended (12 weeks). After this period however, 3 sessions per year can be cancelled and will not be charged. One week’s ‘Holiday Cancellation’ only may be taken per block. To request a ‘Holiday Cancellation’ please email suzanne@triformpilates.co.uk no less than 2 weeks before the block commences to allow invoices to be adjusted.

In the event that a Client cannot attend a session that has not been taken as a ‘Holiday Cancellation’ an alternative session will be offered in the same week subject to availability. Please contact suzanne@triformpilates.co.uk at the earliest opportunity to arrange an alternative class.
