CLASS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Classes
Face to face sessions are 1 hour (60 minutes) and are £11. Bookings are made in blocks of 6 sessions. Online Zoom classes are £10 per session booked in blocks of 6 sessions. The online Zoom class is offered as Pay As You Go at £13 per session.
Blocks run consecutively with a 2 week break at Christmas, Easter and Summer and classes do not run on Good Friday or on Bank Holiday Mondays.
Payment
All sessions must be paid for in advance of the block starting. Overdue invoices will incur a £5 admin charge.
Invoices will be sent out by email 1 week prior to the new block commencing. Payment methods by bank transfer.

Cancelling a Block or When Not Returning.
Notice for the cancellation of a block is required 2 weeks before the previous block finishes, therefore by class 5. Classes run on full capacity and this allows classes to be offered to other people waiting. Invoices are issued 1 week before the new block commences and once an invoice is issued, payment for the forthcoming block is required in lieu of notice.
In the event that you wish to miss a block but then wish to return, please ask and subject to availability you may be able to slip straight back in to subsequent block. The above 2 week notice period still applies.
Holiday Cancellation Policy and Missed Sessions
‘Holiday Cancellations’: ‘Triform Pilates’ does not offer any cancellations on any missed sessions during the first 2 blocks attended (12 weeks). After this period however, 3 sessions per year (Jan – Dec) can be cancelled and will not be charged. One week’s ‘Holiday Cancellation’ only may be taken per block. To request a ‘Holiday Cancellation’ please email suzanne@triformpilates.co.uk no less than 2 weeks before the block commences to allow invoices to be adjusted.
In the event that a Client cannot attend a session that has not been taken as a ‘Holiday Cancellation’ an alternative session will be offered subject to availability. There are face to face classes on a Monday daytime, Thursday afternoon and Friday morning as well as a Wednesday evening online Zoom session so many options are available. Please contact suzanne@triformpilates.co.uk at the earliest opportunity to arrange an alternative class and to book a mat.
Injury and Loss or Damage
‘Triform Pilates is not responsible for any damage or loss to personal property brought onto any premise where classes are run. ‘Triform Pilates’ shall not be liable for any personal injury, while on any buildings premises where the classes are undertaken, unless it can be proven that it relates to the wilful act, neglect or default of ‘Triform Pilates. It is the responsibility of each customer to ensure that they are capable of doing Pilates and they do so at your own risk.
Pilates Participation Informed Consent
The Pilates programme will begin at a low level and will be advanced in stages depending on your fitness level. It is important for you to realise that you may stop when you wish because of feelings of fatigue or any other discomfort. Whilst every care will be taken, it is impossible to predict the body’s exact response to exercise. Every effort will be made to minimise these risks by evaluation of preliminary information relating to your health and fitness and by observations during exercising.
