No matter what age or level you are, from 18-99 or Beginners to Advanced, there is a class for you. Each session is tailored for the individual to take into account any limitations and no one is expected to work beyond their ability. Safe and non-competitive exercise is key to ensuring a positive experience for all those involved.
The focus is on core strength and spinal mobility to ensure optimum alignment of the body. This creates graceful, efficient and functional movements and helps to alleviate aches and pains. The breathing and mindful aspect of the class, brings with it not only physical but also mental well-being. It is intelligent exercise!
The classes are fun and friendly which enhances the enjoyment and well-being of all members of the class, making it more than just exercise. Taught by Suzanne Hume, a once professional dancer who is passionate about Pilates, it is an inclusive and supportive experience and a full Mind, Body, Spirit experience with a multitude of benefits.

Triform Pilates depicts three key Pilates benefits – Control, Strength and Flexibility which encompass your physical Pilates experience. Another interpretation would be the three aspects of health – Mind, Body and Spirit with its more holistic interpretation. At Triform Pilates we think of it as both!

These well-established and popular classes are located for easy access along the A14 in Bury St Edmunds and the villages of Elmswell and Woolpit so there is a time and location for all.
Small and intimate group mat classes run with small Pilates equipment. All mats and equipment are provided for your convenience so you need bring nothing but yourself!
Due to COVID-19, classes are currently being run live online via the Zoom App.
September will see some face to face classes resuming with a COVID-19 policy in place and some online classes continuing.
Many NEW beginner classes are starting in September also.

Right from Day One of joining Suzanne’s class I was made to feel very welcome. Everyone is very friendly, and the atmosphere relaxed.

Having joined the Pilates class with Suzanne a year ago I have been amazed at my continuing improvement in movement and core strength.
Previously I used to treat myself to a back massage every six weeks to relieve neck and back tension but within a couple of months of classes I no longer felt the tension, in fact I could feel the increased mobility I had gained through the variety of exercises and movements I did at the classes.
Since starting the beginners Pilates class in February my knowledge and confidence to exercise safely has grown greatly.
After just three months my core strength has improved and my lower back is pain free under Suzanne’s guidance.
I enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and wish I had started long ago!
